RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


1. DOA - Dead on arrival or Defective on Arrival
  • If any shipped item is Dead on arrival or Defective on Arrival (DOA), the customer can file a DOA request within 14 business days.
  • Our Return department will issue a DOA number to customer for returns.
  • Returned merchandise can only be exchanged with the same or similar item.  (NO CASH REFUND OR COMPANY CREDITS.)
2. RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization

Customers can file an RMA request within 14 business days from the date the merchandise is received. However, please note that a 30 % restocking fee may apply to RMA or any false DOA request. Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return claim from the time it arrives at our Return department warehouse. All RMA returns must be 100% complete and will be subject to inspection. The items must be unused, show no signs of damage or modification, and returned in the original packaging, if not the return will be rejected or be subject to a 30% restocking fee.


Please inform your sales representative of any shortage or wrong merchandise upon receiving, then proceed to filing an RMA claim by filling out an RMA form and sending it back to us immediately so our Return department will be reviewed and approved.

RMA numbers are valid only for 14 business days from its issue date, all merchandise being returned must be received within 14 business days from the date the RMA number is issued.

If you would like to return or exchange the products, please follow the following steps to ensure that your return request is processed:

  • In order to process your return or exchange effectively, you must contact our Return Department for an issued RMA number before have the return shipped back to us.

  • Fill out the Form (click here to download) - please make sure you fill out all fields in the return form as needed. Then, have the form faxed or email back to us.

  • The issued RMA number is valid only for 14 business days from the issued date. All merchandise being returned must be received within 14 business days the date the RMA number is issued.Please include a copy of original invoice for the return products.

  • Please have the RMA number written clearly outside of the box or boxes being used to ship. Please do not write the RMA number on the items individual packaging. If the boxes do not have an RMA number, they will be refused and shipping cost for both ways will be billed to the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable.Please have the items being returned shipped to the following address:
